Top Russian gastronomy in Toscanini 15-16 April

Toscanini is taking part in international food festival St. Petersburg – Helsinki 2014, arranged by Eat&Joy. The festival includes chef exchange between the two cities. Toscanini presents the menu of Illya Sedov, the chef of Italy Bottega in St. Petersburg. He introduces an Italian menu with “Russian twist”. See the menu HERE.
